Effective date: October 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions describe the use of Turfology's website and customer text messaging program. Turfology is operated by 4n6 IP Holding Co., Ltd (\"Turfology,\" \"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\"). Any lawn care services, pricing, or service commitments may be governed by a separate service agreement or estimate.

1. Turfology SMS Program

With your permission, Turfology sends informational and customer care text messages relating to lawn care services. These may include appointment confirmations, upcoming service reminders, technician arrival notifications, service completion updates, scheduling changes, billing or account inquiries, and responses to customer service requests.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

You may enroll in Turfology SMS communications using an available opt-in method that specifically asks for your agreement to receive text messages. We send recurring service-related messages only to mobile numbers for which appropriate consent has been obtained. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled services and communications with Turfology. Message and data rates may apply. Charges, if any, are determined by your mobile carrier and wireless plan. Turfology does not charge a separate subscription fee for these text notifications.

4. Opt Out — STOP

To stop receiving Turfology text messages, reply STOP to any message from our texting number. You may receive one final confirmation that your request was processed; after that, we will stop sending messages through that SMS program unless you separately opt in again. You can also contact us to request removal from the texting list.

5. Help — HELP

For assistance with our text messaging program, reply HELP to a Turfology message. You may also contact Turfology at hello@turfologyal.com or 334-442-9333

6. Delivery and Availability

Text message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, device, network availability, and other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS as the only way to communicate an urgent matter or a time-critical service change.

7. Privacy

We respect the privacy of your mobile number and SMS consent information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information about our data practices.

8. Website Information

Information on this website is provided for general customer convenience. Appointment times, service availability, and descriptions may change. A website inquiry or text message does not, by itself, create a lawn care service contract or guarantee an appointment.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. We will obtain any additional SMS consent required by applicable law before materially changing the types of messages we send.
